YOGA CLASSES

Tuesdays

Six classes in a block for £45.

Yoga - 18.30-19.30

For people new to yoga or returning to yoga, this 6 week course will introduce various aspects of the practice: Safe practice of various asana (postures), Simple Pranayama (breath work), Relaxation, Quiet sitting (calming the senses, developing concentration), Sounding the breath (vocal resonance).

Group participation is limited to 8 to ensure focused teaching.

INTRODUCTION TO TAI CHI CHUAN & QIGONG

09.30-11.00 EVERY TUESDAY

6 Classes in a block for £45.

Classes are with Kimi Mahler Garton.  Ancient, mysterious, calming, rejuvenating, strengthening, controlling, confidence building, health giving - all these things you will explore in this introductory course.  Over the 6 weeks you will also explore the foundations of Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong, Yin Yang theory, the importance of posture, learn about the meridian channels of the body, learn a part of the Wudang form, push hands, some martial applications, and part of the sabre form (amazingly powerful for Women, especially!!).

Places are limited to 8 so book early to avoid disappointment.
